On August 11th, 2023 Tandem broke ground on the new Parrish Community Park. This new 15.4 million project will consist of a community gathering space with amenities such as walking trails, picnic shelters, shade structures, a performance pavilion, lookout tower, splash pad, and playground. The park will be located off Fort Hammer Road, near the Parrish Community High School.
