Our General Contracting Division focuses on commercial tenant improvements, but has the ability to construct new buildings as well. Tandem has over 30 years of experience with commercial construction, this experience has allowed us to develop a creative team of dynamic builders, managers and estimators.  We can provide an in-house staff that specializes in move-management and we are continuously educating our staff with the newest and most cost effective ways to solve problems and maintain schedule.
