For the first time in 25 years, Sarasota County Government Parks and Recreation Department is making major investments in new and improved sports complexes across the County. Tandem is proud to be the Construction Manager for the first phase of this work, supporting the redevelopment of the 17th Street Park with design team leaders Kimley-Horn and Fawley Bryant Architecture.
This project will be the first of many to come from Sarasota County Government's Parks and Recreation Department. The new master plan, completed in March of 2021, focuses on four major areas of development within the County: 17th Street Park, Fruitville Park, Twin Lakes Park, and the Youth Athletic Complex.
